Installation Considerations

For best results, Hansgrohe recommends that this unit be installed by a licensed, professional

plumber.

Please read over these instructions thoroughly

before beginning installation. Make sure that you

have all tools and supplies needed to complete the

installation.

This faucet requires a ½" NPT male nipple, extend-

ing ½" outside the surface of the nished wall.

Stud supports for the mounting ange must be

installed.

Extreme care should be taken to avoid damage to

hidden electrical or plumbing lines when drilling the

screw holes.

Do not use petroleum-based plumbers putty. If

desired, seal around the ange with silicone sealant.

Installation

Wrap the threads on the nipple with Teon tape.

Install the mounting ange. It should be centered over

the nipple.

Do not drill into electrical or

plumbing lines.
